So now of course all of my scrubbed Wii games don't work. Is there anything I can do to make them work again?

Search for it. There is a very nice tutorial on how to downgrade back to 3.2.

you can also use geckoOs to play your trucha-signed games. i use it for my ssbb-dvd5 and i'm also on 3.3E
