New Nintendo 3DS XL Louvre

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

I downgraded my O3DS to 9.2 and now I can't enter menuhax. Do I need to go back to 10.3?
