I recently discovered this tool called TWLTransfer. According to the blog It said that the tool can completely change the region and transfer all the DSiWare to other region for hiyaCFW, but idk how to use it (not actually understand Chinese and it’s harder to understand after Google translated), whether this tool has not been released yet or is it only posted on this Chinese blog thing?
