Hey there, I just got my homebrew working but when I run the snes9x app and load a rom it plays too fast. I tried messing with the options but I didn't see any difference. Can anyone shed some light on my problem?

What version of SNES9X are you using, and what game(s) are experiencing this problem?

Are you by any chance playing PAL games on a 60Hz TV?

The only version of SNES9X you should be using is Snes9xGX 004 by michniewski

A US Wii doesn't have an option to selection 50hz in the system menu. I don't know if homebrew can use it.

But I doubt the TV matters for an emulator. Shouldn't it correct the game speed?

Welp that what it is. Some of them are PAL and some are not. Thanks for your help!

Can someone explain? Why would an emulator written for Wii be any different from PC in that regard? PC monitors are universally 60hz (if not above!), and PAL games run fine.
