Homebrew SNES Emulators troubles (specifically BlargSNES and Snes9x)

Hi. I'm running the Homebrew launcher on and old3DS (which is running 11.5) and I'm having troubles with the SNES emulators. Blarg loads but there's a gray screen that prevents me from seeing the screens. Snes9x doesn't load and instead I get stuck on a yellow screen. Is there anyway I can fix any of these issues?

Or are there any alternatives I could use?

Don't use BlargSNES, it doesn't support Super FX for games like Yoshi & Star Fox. Use SNES9x for 3DS. Hell, it even has a gorgeous UI, compared to Blarg's.

are you using this one? did you follow the instructions for homebrew loader?

another o3ds hax not loading thread . . .
it seems that the new hax payloads need some work done especially for the o3ds . . . i wish i knew how to code

I first used RPwnG to access the launcher and now I use oot3dhax to access it.

same problem as you, OP. Using steelhax to enter homebrew, snes9x freezes on yellow screen, i am on O3DS 11.5 too.

Hmm, it probably might be the O3DS 11.5 payloads that's doing it. It's quite unstable...I recommend getting CFW (if possible) or wait until the payloads are rereleased...

After reading through youtube and twitter comments, I had success using version 1.1.0 of the homebrew launcher (replacing boot.3dsx file) and BlargSNES only.
No other emulators worked. Got the same yellow screen.
