Hacking SNES emulation on g6 lite

I noticed the other day that the english box says the emulators included can run snes? I thought it could only do NES and the other sega stuff?

While on topic, has anyone gotten any of the snes homebrew emulators to work on the g6 lite?

There's no built-in SNES emulator. But you can use SNESDS and SnezziDS. Both work on my G6Lite.

Do they work well?

Can you run the bigger roms like FF3 (US) and Chrono Trigger on it?

SNESDS seems to be dead, SnezziDS makes good progress and is regularly updated. I don't think FF3 works yet.

What do you do when you put on the files? I get white screens.

I tried just putting in the gba in the gba folder and also through the disk loader. I've also tried running it in NDS and GBA mode, both gimme white screens. this is snezzids

use the snezzids builder (.exe) to build a rom with the smc game you have
it should give you a .gba game
rename it .nds, copy it with m3 game manager ("directly copy" option), the urn it with the Start button in M3 menu

oh thank you very much! i didn't know it built the emulator INTO the rom. direct copied to g6 lite and it's working great!
