first of all i suggest the new 2ds xl its cheaper and i personally think it looks better there only 150$ +40 cart and sd 190 is not that bad

Good idea , it is cheaper but I like the design from the 3ds xl as well , I have to think about this

Actually there is no need for dual Ips , if the top is Ips it is perfect for me , even if it is Tn ,, I don't really care about that , but that's just my opinion ..

only feature the 2ds doesn't have is the 3d switch as if anyone cared and its easier it access the sd on the 2ds on the 3ds you actually have to take off the back cover and make sure to get a micro sd not a normal one

Personally, I never understood why people would want IPS screens. Who the hell needs to play a game at an angle anyway, plus they use up more battery and aren't great for the 3D(so I've read).

Anyway, I vote for the N2DS XL option. Having the SD card easily removable is more than enough to grab it versus having to pop the back cover off.
