*sighs* he simply showed people what you could do with hax 2.5. You can dump the romFS and exeFS of a Pokemon game and edit it yourself if you want.

Dump your Pokemon game with this, decrypt the romFS with CTR tool (google it) and edit the folder made with pk3DS. When you're done, just rebuild the romFS and name it titleid.ROMFS.

General rule of thumb is: if you can't figure it out on your own or with instructions, you proooobably shouldn't be doing it.

You need to dump the omega ruby rom yourself because it is against the rules to give you the files.
