Hello to everyone. I have WiiU PAL and Smash Bros Brawl. nintendo select version. When i try do smash stack my WiiU just freezes. I do exactly this:
I turn on my console, put in SSB.Brawl and start vWii section.
When game ask i create save data, go to custom levels menu and delete all three of them. Then go back to main menu, wait few second and put in sd card. When i go again in custom levels, i got freeze.
I find this card in my 3DS, 2GB and was installed by nintendo. On card i has boot.elf (from hack mii), and Smash Stack.
Any ideas?

Are you using the right smash stack version? There are different versions for ntsc and pal. I got a pal wiiu myself and it worked perfectly with my pal ssbb and the pal smash stack

it does work 1st go and delete the ssbb save file in vwii than download w/o save [v1].

the file needs to be named boot.elf and it has to be in this exact directory including upper case letters: SD:/private/wii/app/RSBP/st. so drop it in the st folder.

go into the stage editor THAN insert the sd card.

One important thing to remember to do is to delete all of your custom stages first. YES THAT INCLUDES THE THREE THAT COME WITH THE GAME!

You mean, i need rename ***.bin file from smash stack into boot.elf? And also i need original boot.elf from Boot Mii?

i did the smash hack two days ago on a pal system , worked fine, follow this youtube.com/watch?v=OwHBu0pizsI
I try this manual exactly step by step now. Only freeze happend. Looks like i must give up. Well, only thing that may be wrong is my SD, because i do all like in your video. But this 2GB SD i take from 3DS, and i dont know which SD may be better.

Are you sure, it a 2 gb card? I got 2 3ds xl systems and both came with a 4 gb sdhc card, but you need non sdhc

Edit; also, did you try formatting it, maybe you got some corrupted data on it?

Yes, 2GB. And yes, i even use SDFormatter. About sdhc, well, on face side of my card i see two big letters SD. I dont know, how i can check real type?

Maybe i can use other card, but i am a little nervous about that freezes. Powering off console through pull out power cord is not better thing.

Worked great for me first time :)

Put the W/O Save file onto the SD Card in the correct folder, as per instructions here http://giantpune.zzl.org/smashStackPK.html

Opened up the game without being connected to the internet and then when it asked me if I wanted to create a save file I said no.

Opened the vault and then stage builder and that was it, I was done :)
