Gaming Smash bros. Brawl wont load

When I try to load smash bros off of disc, there’s a black screen and i have to hard reset, ive tried multiple copies of the game and none seem to work, is there a cios i messed up or is it an issue with my wii’s disc reader?(i have the same issue with mario kart, every other game ive tried worked tho).

The back of the discs aren’t too scratched too badly.

Probably the disc reader, mine started by being unable to read dual layer discs then eventually stopped reading any disc at all.

Any reason why you don't want to use a hard drive? It's better than discs in every way.

Rip, usb loader didn’t work, maybe that’s because I used a usb stick though.

use cfg loader mod its what i use and no issues but make sure the smash iso in wfbs format
