Do you have enough free space on the SD card to build the game?

If there's plenty of space enough to make the *.cia, you'll want to copy everything off the card, reformat in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat, and full Write + Verify the empty card with H2testw.

Failure to make the CIA implies mismatching hashes for the contents (*.app) and title metadata (*.tmd).

I get the error :

ID 00040000000EE000.00000002
Insert content failed
With that H2testw program, you'll need to verify your SD card isn't fake or hasn't gone bad.

Copy all your files off the card, reformat it, and then run the test with the card emptied. If an error was reported in the scan result or testing instantaneously completes itself without writing any *.h2w files, the card has a hardware defect and needs to be replaced. The latter case where the scan finishes without writing means your card has died and locked itself in read only mode. Any files that were on it may have been corrupted.
