There isn't a tutorial on how to rig the models, so probably not right now. The person who found out how to do model imports on 3DS is in the process of making one though, and his version of Ohana 3DS Rebirth has been released. In fact, that's what I used to export and import my Dark Link textures (he also fixed a few things, such as texture importing.) So we're getting there, but it may be a little bit....

Not yet, we have a model making tool but no guides on how to use it

Stage Hacking and Model Hacking is becoming a thing now. This is possible through a fork of Ohana3DS Rebirth, which has added these functions and fixed other Sm4sh functions (such as texture importing.)

It's either snd_bgm_T10_SMB_PeachJyouJoku_3DS.nus3bank or snd_bgm_A69_SM64_MainTheme_3DS.nus3bank. Probably the latter.
