Has anyone made a custom menu or css theme yet?

There was a circle icon one floating around. There's AC Cloud, female Robin, and female Corrin for the CSS too, as well as Project Neos, which has made their own custom menu and CSS. USM-eM is another one.

Unfortunately, other than that, there's not much else. It's doable.

Hey, guys, forgot to ask earlier. What CSPs were created while I was gone? BotW/Sasuke Cloud, Charizard, or anything?

Where can i find Cloud's Limit Gauge models?
i did this Windows XP Mod (actually just tried to do it) but i can't figure where to drop it

Looks like nobody answered back.

Cloud's effect mods ("Garyotensei - Finishing Touch, Climhazzard, Kyogin - Cross Slash, Limit Gauge, and every other effect) is found in effect/fighter/cloud/model

Where can I put the Victory Theme of the characters? At BGM or inside the fighter's folder.
I wanted to add the Mega Man 2 Victory theme on Mega Man.

They all go in bgm. If you have a Wii U sound, add "_3DS" to the end of the filename

Wait so is there a tool to make models now? I know there isn't a tutorial yet but I'm getting mixed signals about the tool.
