y am i have trouble loading mods i am having a hard time running mods can u help me

They're the same exact file, no modification needed. All you need to do is rename it so that you can use it on the 3ds courses...

Do you have a dump of the games files? if so, find what its called for marth and rename it to that

No, unless you want to put it over a certain costume (like with Bowser Jr. and his other costumes..) Make sure it's named "snd_vc_Marth_cXX," with the XX being the costume slot (or you could remove it for all costume slots to have the same sound.)

I don't think you have to rename it, but rename it to "snd_se_Marth_3DS" if it doesn't work...

Okay so i named it snd_se_Marth and it worked but it makes this ear bleeding static sound when it plays and when marth does attacks
