Nope. Ohana Rebirth is what its like. If you download the normal Ohana3DS, you can export the textures but not the model.

If you have Nvidia GPU, right click Ohana3DS, Run with Graphic Processor, and select High-Performance Nvidia processor.
If none, idk what to do.

Can't read the text but it looks amazing. It's a shame Sakurai decided against included those beautiful cinematics in-game.
