Does anyone know where I can download the 0001-25xx .scc files with the slowmotion function embedded, or a way to append the slowmotion cheats to the existing files? Thank you.

just merge it to any cheat .scc file using the merge tool, which is also included.
note.... the cht2supercardcheat.exe included is the older one, so don't use that, get the 1.02 version instead if you haven't already got it and/or need it.
