Hacking Homebrew app Slow boot

Yesterday i recieved my fat xbox 360 (jasper) with rgh and everything was fine until today, i turned the xbox and it took 5 minutes to start, everytime i turn the xbox on this happens, sorry if my english sucks im learning

When i turn the xbox on, no startup screen for 5-7 minutes

I've seen a video on YT (i think it was MrMario2011) that he reflashed something (i think the rgh chip), to make the console boot faster with only a few glitch misses/fails. You can look that up if you want.
