ROM Hack Skyrim Mod help

Ok I have a few questions as I’m new to Skyrim and modding. I have a emmunand sx switch that also has atmosphere emmunand loaded on it as well and I downloaded a couple of mods that were converted for the switch. I added them to the correct folder per YouTube videos and when I start the game nothing happens at all. Is there something I’m missing or something I did wrong?

Which folder did you add the mods to?
If using SX,it must be in sxos/titles.
The same for atmosphere
