If they're announcing an announcement, I'd hope it would be something bigger. It could be an entire expansion pack, but who knows?

Yes it'll be around 10 hours, at least. I can imagine new equipment, at least 10 new quests, new people, maybe new area/city? The usual stuff expansions add.
