Hacking Sky3DS Valid USA - where to buy?

I am trying to figure out where to buy that i can get it quick?

I tried using 3dsshop.com and usar4 (with 2 different visa credit cards) and I keep getting payment fail on both sites. I think the sites are either broken or maybe a scam.. I contacted my card companies everything is fine. Not sure what's going on, but this sucks :/ Both sites are located in California (where I live) and use the same dumb payment system, so it won't let me through for whatever weird reason.

Anyone know of a site where I can buy the Sky3DS in the USA with reasonable shipping?

Okay, so I bought it at modchipsdirect pretty early in the morning. Anyone know how long it takes for them to ship out? I didn't get a shipping notice yet. :/

don't buy sky3ds for now!!!!
unless they release a new version card that can decrypt the rom.
since the recent release FE Jp IF with a special encryption can not play on 9.2 sysnand with sky3ds, you may consider Nintendo may do the same thing all future release games or only Nintendo games. either of them is not a good thing
