My Sky3DS is already in the mail, so I just want to clarify some questions. Is 16GB enough or should i go for 32GB? What is the optimal number of games that I should put in the card?, is it a hassle to switch games?
Can I also switch memory card ( I have an 8GB ) with a subset of the games installed on the other sd card?

Thank you and hope to hear from you all.

I think 16gb is ok (I have that): You can put on it many games and change those you finish or don't want to play anymore, but 32gb would be even better.
All of this depends on how many games you want in your microSD, because switch over too many games could be annoying, but if you have the patience to go through all those roms by pressing the card button then no problem. Also, if it is the red button version you can try the auto-cycling games of warnings in this thread.

Right now the limit is 31 games per microSD because a bug in the DiskWritter program, but is expected to be fixed in the next version.
