Yes, but your console may get banned unless you dump one of your legit games and use its header, which can't be done with a Sky3DS (only GW and clones can dump games).

You can indeed use private headers with the SKy3DS. You need to modify the template with the Chip ID and Cart ID. However, you do need a gateway to dump the game.

Yup, I'm aware of that. I was talking about the cart dumping part.
