Yeah, I'm pretty sure 99% of the people who get the Home Brew Launcher, get it to downgrade their 3DS and pirate games.

Yeah, you can do that with OoT+Powersaves! It's $30 cheaper, and you don't have to worry about an update patching your exploit, either!

After doing some reading, I really don't want to risk brick my 3DS, due to the fact that i'm buying a New 3DS along with the Sky3DS+.

The risk of brick is slim to none. Just read it carefully and download the right files and you'll be fine.

Yeah downgrading is super safe now. At first when there was only 1 or 2 guides we didn't really know what things would cause bricks until users experienced them, but now we do. Not wanting to brick is a pretty good reason to not want to set up A9LH though imo.

still a good reason. hax in general can be scary even when they have a tiny chance of brick.
