Hacking Sky3ds+ issue

Is it normal for the sky3ds+ orange buttons to not stay in place? the left button works fine, but I have to slightly move the button to the right a little for it to even use the right button for switching. Did i get a defective card? I have searched google and could not find the asnswer to this problem. and of course, the sky team was no help at all

Sounds like a bad cart..my own cart has no issues.
