i downloaded omega ruby european version and installed onto my sky3ds and it said eeprom no. when i went to test it. it said this game card can not be used HELP

It's difficult to quickly diagnose issues when the system is region locked (Nintendo's fault, not Sky3DS's)

That's like saying "How do I undelete". There might be a way to reconstruct it with residual information, but it's a lot easier just to start again. Find a better source.

Download "3ds Explorer"
Select your ROM the goto "CCI" > "Un-trim".

I'm not sure why it says it cannot be used, but you can calm down about the EEPROM=NO setting since it's a CARD2 format cart, and CARD2 games don't use EEPROM.

ok so i downloaded a alpha saphire rom of mega and i launched and there was error but when the game turned on it said the saved game data is corrupted, please refer to the elctronic manual
