i havent updated to 11 yet was afraid would block my sky3ds+ so didnt update it

sky3ds+ works fine i got a soft brick while trying to downgrade and was forced to update so yeah it still works also idk where you are getting your roms but just google [snip - shaunj66] you will find legit roms there

Well, atleast let him try to downgrade, the best combo is having CFW + sky3ds. Also CFW is futureproof, never have to worry about nintendo blocking you.

but as you said, he'll risk softbricking but it can be fixed by updating to firmware 11.0. In the end, there's no he'll mess up his 3ds

well i got regionfree but if i do get bricked im screwed. sense atm i bad modding.
bricked wii before when my friend said unbickable
and took me 2 years to save for this sky3ds so wont afford a new 3ds.

Up to you, just saying you'll be missing out on a lot of cool shit. For example, uncensored version of bravely default rom.

Well, i gave you a youtube video, if you can follow the instruction on the video, there shouldn't be any risk of softbricking. If you softbrick, you can easily fix it by updating to 11.0 firmware.

your sky3ds+ is updated to the latest firmware correct? templates haven't been needed in awhile

if not just follow the steps on the sky3ds site to check your firmware and update if need be mine came already updated to the latest so just figured yours would be as well

Would sandisk ultra 64gb work as well planning on buying 64gb
tried my moms kingston 64gb and couldnt format it to 64kb only 512kb and didnt work on sky3ds and wanna buy a sd that will work.

Ot should i stick at 32gb
