Hacking sky3ds and bans

Hi, i just orderd my sky3ds cart because it looked like it met my needs just to play 3ds games, i've just been looking through and seen that you can get banned if you play online unless you use custom headers (i am a need to all this) i've looked at a program called "Sky Army Knife" but can't figure out how to use it, is there an in depth guide for it? or dose the program "DiskWriter" provided by sky3DS fix the headers?

You need to inject a private header into your 3DS ROM in order to play online without getting banned. Here's a link to a guide:
