should this thread include all the skins that arnt just made for R4, but specifically for the ones that use the new features in the latest r4 update?

fell free to add skins, or tell me that the other thread is fine.

Yes, there's a lot of newbies, who don't even know the basics.

Furthermore, the changes in new skinning system are not THAT crucial to make a new thread.
