what program is used for makin r4 skins and where can i find it

i have done a quick search on google and on this site and cant find the program or a name...thanks in advance

nevermind i found one after doing more searchin on the forums...but i have another question

after puttin a hellsing skin on the r4..i cant read the text 'cuz its black, is there a way to change the text color?

not sure what tool your using but try R4 SKIN TOOL (R4 THEME CREATOR) get it here

you can change the text color using the FILE SCREEN options

yes theres CYCLO EDIT and CYCLO CONFIG afaik you can use those

not a CYCLO user so cannot help further sorry
