[Site BUG] "Associate with Twitter" not working

Trying to associate my Twitter account with the site for easier login results in the page claiming I haven't input any data into the fields... cause there are none.

Not sure if it's just me or if this is a general problem. Could anyone else try and confirm or decline this issue?
