Hardware Single Board Computer w/ a USB Feature?

Does anyone know of a single board computer like the Raspberry Pi that has both a USB host port and a USB device port along with HDMI? I would like there to be more than one USB host port, but that can be managed with a hub if I need to. For the CPU I just need a h264 decoder and a half decent CPU for processing the video and some other tasks related to USB.
