If you are asking again about cleaning your Switch from any signs of using CFW, then there is no way.
You want to delete Hekate? Delete Hekate from sdcard. Hekate itself is not making any signs of activity.

hekate is no modlauncher.
You can load hekate for many things and even for loading cfw. If you don't want it, don't load it.
