Hi. I have backup of my Silksong nsp and update nsp. Checked with nxgame info they both pass and are listed safe. Both list system version 20.3.0. I believe this means they are good files no?

I have firmware 20.4.0 and AMS 1.9.4. Latest patches as of yesterday. All other games working. I reinstalled Silksong with nxloader and awoo which worked with no errors. It crashes to black screen at start. After the scan it says it has corrupted files. I read through this thread but I'm unclear on some things. I don't have SaltyNX but everyone else seems to. What does it do?

To fix should I add SaltyNX, don't add it and do some other fix to get it working, or add it and then add the exception mentioned in other threads? Thanks so much for the help.

If you use SaltyNX, then just update it to newest release.

If you don't have SaltyNX, that crash is completely unrelated.

SaltyNX update doesn't help with crash if that crash wasn't caused by old SaltyNX itself.

Thanks, I do not have SaltyNX installed so it must be unrelated. Did checking with NX game info (see pic) confirm if was a valid file or could it still just be a bad file? I installed with nxloader and awoo if that makes a difference. Thanks again

Maybe someone can dm me with a location of another known working one? I am having a hard time finding.

For those reading this post a buddy of mine named Rom told me that the venom version works. His last name is Sim. Many other versions out there are broken. At least works on 20.4.0 and 1.9.4ams. No SaltyNX needed in fact if you use it you may have to disable it. Good luck.
