As stated above: NO!

The Xbox 360 doesn't have write access to the dvd drive's firmware, nor can it even check what type of firmware is on it or if its been modified.

it cnt write ... but it can sure check ... hence the bannings last year ... not to mention team jungle said it themselves that it became detectable

hence the reason im double checking.

No party chat in the dashboard, voice chat will work fine in-game.

But, I like the new dashboard, so I signed up, and got accepted. Now, to just wait for it to launch.
