Hardware Shutdown after Nintendo logo

Greetings

When I try to start my Nintendo switch (came in today, Pikachu & Eevee edition, new) it shuts down after the Nintendo logo is being shown.
I tried it on two TVs plus the handheld mode The battery is fully charged.
Is there something I can do or should I get it refunded?

If it's a new console send that POS back.

yeah if its indeed new/ out of the box this wouldn't even fall under the purview of anything here.
id send it back asap. probably with a dick drawing posted on
