Gaming Shovel Knight = 5.3.2?

I have only seen one thread where they said this apparently has 5.3.2, yet I have found no solid proof. Is it true Shovel Knight has 5.3.2 on it?

im on the latest firmware and when i put the usa disc in it said this title requires an update to play. i was forced to update the game.
