This is a simple question do you think the Source Code for Henkaku should be released.
You heard the boss.
yes. its no fun if you guys make it too hard to reverse the code. we all know it will lead to piracy in the end.
Well, that's probably the idea. "The end" is where piracy will do the least harm.
I want to see the overall winner of this challenge
nxt is margen confirmed.
Was this thread really necessary?
Vita is already dead no first party support .
The walking dead.
OK hoard it you know its not like this could be huge for homebrew...
Hey you asked for my opinion and my opinion is that the devs should not release.
I take back a few things I have said in the past; I strongly agree devs shouldn't release the source already as it could attract a lot more people to the scene to try to have a crack at R.E.ing the source and to create more homebrew apps and utilities!
Sorry for any run-ins we used to have in the past; the scene is still great even without the HENkaku source.
Although, to me, your attitude towards others still sucks sometimes... badly.
"Boy Called Sue" effect.
I don't quite understand what you mean by that. Elaborate, please.
It's a Johnny Cash song about a boy whose absent father called him Sue. This name gave him difficult obstacles in his life which made him have to grow up tough to survive. His dad did it on purpose since he wouldn't be around to help teach him to be tough.
So this challenge that yifan_lu has set is like calling us all Sue - the weaklings won't survive but the tougher ones will be forced to rise to the challenge and grow into very good devs.
everyone on these forums hassling yifan are huge babies.
you're all butt hurt because you can't pirate vita games yet. just chill out.
I'm gonna make a new thread 'should people stop crying about henkaku source code?'
I really wouldn't. Usually threads like those get cluttered and derailed to the point where total chaos takes over the entire forum...
