Hello everybody.

Since I've got a 3DS with the 9.5.0-22 update, I decided to get a Sky3ds.
The thing is Nintendo Europe just released videogames on its Club Nintendo (My 3DS is European ). I've got several stars to spend, but to do that I will have to update to the newest update.
I still haven't got the Sky3DS, but I know it is updated to date. Should I update my Nintendo 3DS to 9.5.0-23 to get those games from Club Nintendo?

Wasn't the Sky3ds supposed to not have Region Free?

And I prefer Region free over eShop

The sky3ds doesn't have region free, the regionthree exploit does.
