Hacking should i turn wifi off while on version 11.7

i know that 11.8 got the switch`s pirated dectector but is it safe to go/play online while still on 11.7? should i avoid using the blackshop for now and can i still play my "special" games

afaik they wont hand out bans to people unless you do a sleep download on 11.8

its on option in the shop allowing you to download the game while the system is in sleep mode

DON’T UPDATE! Whenever you download stuff from the freeshop (or eshop if you’ve pirated tickets), you run a risk of getting banned. Has nobody in this thread actually read what the anti piracy changes are? Don’t update until further research is done, and preferably keep your 3ds offline, even at 11.7.
