I got banned initially from gearhacks when splatoon 3 game around when the came out. Only splatoon 3 on my main account was banned and nothing else. With Nintendo updating TOS and June 5th approaching, I want to get a second opinion of if it’s okay to transfer my account and data to the new system or if I should just start from scratch with a new account to avoid any possible further consequences in the future. I have no hacked data on the current switch oled I have with all my saves and I don’t plan on hacking again.
