Hacking Should i Format MicroSD card

before using on another flashcart previously used with AK2i

You could if you want, but it's not necessary.
I didn't format my MicroSD after changing the main files (also had AK2i) and it works perfectly fine.

It doesn't matter really. The firmware is just the data files on the flash cart. You can delete them and then put the Supercard firmware on it. It'll work fine. I know because I did that. I also had an Acekard 2i.
