Hacking shot in the dark ..help needed

i have a now buggerd 3dsxl i cant see either screen i do however have a spare small 3ds waiting for custom firmware is the anyway i can save my old emunand games,data,saves ?!?! for the other 3ds ?! i know its a noob question but wasnt sure many thanks

No, the nands are console unique.
However the saves are movable, with tools like jksm

I can't tell if your problem is from a brick or a hardware issue such as a ribbon cable getting loose.

Can you describe more about what happened to your 3DS that lead to this point?

no i snapped the ribbon cable that conects to the motherbord now it turns on then off again :/

Do you mean the red arrow?
Well that ribbon cable is from the top screen and as the cable and the display are one component, you would need to replace the entire screen.
I don't know what you additionally did with your 3DS so maybe you replace the screen just to have it crash again on you, but that is too pessimistic.
I saved my OG3DS two times even though one clk pin was broken so if you didn't damage it somewhere else go ahead.
