Ok, on my SD card, I have a homebrew folder and a games folder. I want some shortcut plugin to go to my homebrew folder and DS_Game to link to my Games folder. Is this possible?

iMenu might help, it replaces the official plugin menu and you can put your nds/plg files anywhere you like. you will have to manually edit the ini files in /_imenu/_ini/ but it isn't difficult, just read the readme in the download.
