ok guys my question about the affiliation program is that
does someone actually needs to buy an item on shoptemp for you to get money in ur account or
do you get money when someone clicks on your link and also buys someone through ur refferal link

so what i need clarified is that do you get money if someone clicks on your reffereal link or do you only get money when someone buys something from your refferal link
thanks

I think it's only if someone buys something from it.

EDIT:
QUOTE said:
When someone clicks your affiliate link, their web browser will "remember you". If they place an order on ShopTemp within 14 days after clicking one of your links, the sale will be attributed to you and you will receive 5% of the total order amount (excluding shipping). The money you receive comes under the form of store credit, but as soon as your balance exceeds $50 you will be able to withdraw your store credit as actual cash.
Yeah, someone has to buy something.

^ that's correct
a "pay-per-click" system is inaccurate and can be abused too easily

so you have to sell stuff.

The've changed it, they've now added ?gbatemp to the end of all the ShopTemp links on GBAtemp which removes your affilate code.

So what's quoted above isn't quite accurate anymore.

apologies for posting as the last post was a while back I have a question about this too.

Code:
Creating an affiliate link is simple. Just select any URL that you find on our website, and append ?ref=2043. For example, the top banner links to the home page: http://shoptemp.com/. Simply append ?ref=2043 to it, and it becomes: http://shoptemp.com/?ref=2043.

is that unique ref ID unique to me as I see others who have different ref ID's
