Hacking Shop Channel on 3.2 without updating to 4.0?

Before i ask i dont some research and from what i gound i have to update to 4.0 then downgrade back to 3.2 to get the channel working but i dont want to do that. Is there any other way i can get the shop channel working on 3.2E? I want to get that Mii Channel where you can see other peoples Miis and sve them (actually if theres a way to just get that without the shop channel i'll be happy, i wont be using the shop channel anytime soon for any other reason.)

There's a way through NUSD

1)Launch NUSD as soon as you finished downloading it
2)Put this into the top-left textbox:
0001000148415045 = USA and other NTSC regions except Japan
000100014841504A = Japan
0001000148415050 = Europe, Australia and other PAL regions
3)Tick the Pack -> Wad checkbox
4)Click "Start NUS Download"
5)Once done, travel into the directory where you saved NUSD
6)There should be a folder named . Go into it and look for .wad
7)Install it with WAD Manager

Theoretically, it should work. But mine always 404'd on cetk.

OR, another simpler way:

1)Download this
2)Run it through HBC
3)Install this:
IOS61 (It will prompt for trucha bug patching, just say yes)
Shop Channel (It might prompt for trucha bug patching, just say yes)
4)Voila, it's done. Go to Shop Channel and download whatever the heck you want.


BTW, first method (NUSD) only downloads Check Mii Out Channel.

I was able to do it with a .wad file. I cant remember now but i think there an IOS61 out that just for updating the shop channel.
