I do not know how to do that.

Just use Pokésav, because it works fine for me. It did not fuck up my save, nor fuck up the game. In fact, I made loads of Backups of my Pokémon SAV Files, so you should've made backups in the first place.

I just finished editing my SAV file and got the Shiny Raikou, Suicune, and Entei! They're shiny and stuff, so everything seems fine.

The best way to edit the Mystery Gift section of your Hg/Ss game (or D/P/Pt, for that matter) is to use Grovyle91's Mystery Gift Editor, found here:

It's better than Pokesav for editing Mystery Gift. Although the best way to use wonder card files is to make your own distribution packages and broadcast the gift to yourself with another DS.
