Looks graphic wise extremely cheap. Its like they wanted to have Okami Style (which I personally love), but ended with Cave Story 3D style without any love of details... at least thats what I see in this textures and lightning.

Same here, looks like a rapid port of a game that started it's development on DS, add texture filtering, gimmick 3d and cash the money.

Might still be interested in buying it since I like shinobi.

the graphics are so because it makes the 3d effect look even better. notice the sprites for the chars/enemies are very clear and with 3d it would be great.

the gameplay looks really fun and fast if u can play like that

PS - Chanser i was so happy for the past few months we had been having youtube videos but now we come back to the HQ gbatemp videos that take forever to load. but at least my ISP QoS allows full speed on streaming videos.

i bet you, just like every other similar game, this game will punish you 90% of the time for using cool moves and combos.

they always do

Why do all Nintendo narrators make me want to muller them in the face?
Seeing this, I can really imagine Muramasa 3DS- that would be rather epic.

Its awful. The graphic look like NDS... They should make this game like Resident Evil Revelation 3DS.. Disappointment. Thanks a lot, Sega lazy!

For all those who are saying it doesn't look like a DS game, you really can't deny someone their opinion on what they see- this looks like a Somewhat more polished version of the same game Griptonite has been making since their first Spider-Man game. It might be fun, but the art style isn't unique/distinct enough to separate it from their previous efforts- at least, not by leaps and bounds, which is exactly what a 3DS game should be. It will still be fun, but only as fun as every other game using the same gameplay mechanics they use.

Looks fun. I like that the art style isn't as serious as it could have been, it helps to know that not all of the money/time is going into the visuals.
If not for the quicktime events, I'd be drooling right now. Still looks like it'll be a fun game.

I was thinking the same thing. That game was beautiful.

oh Griptonite, how i love your 2D games, well most of 'em anyways (AC2 and Spiderman comes to mind)

but the visuals still have the DS in mind, and not the 3DS from the looks of it.

Man, I was hoping this was a remake of the one for the PS2. It was absurdly hard (especially since dying sent you back to the beginning of the level, and one level was almost all pitfalls) but you could do stuff that made you feel like such a badass while playing that game. And the storyline was pretty crazy and awesome too.

So yeah, let down. I like sidescrollers though, and this looks like it plays sort of like Viewtiful Joe with QT events, so might be fun anyway.
