Not quite accurate. There are still bugs, wait for next version to try music again. For ever console crashing with music on the freeShop, use last version (2.1.4). It fixes the issue.
Yeah... I first have the feeling it was fixed... but then I realised it wasn't.Not quite accurate. There are still bugs, wait for next version to try music again.

But... to use it, you only have to wait for the intro.ogg to finish, then you can use freeShop as usual.
Also... thank's man for this nice homebrew.
I already knew that... but I like the intro.ogg...-Delete intro.ogg
-Leave shop-loop.ogg in the freeshop folder
And freeshop will never crash
Mine doesn't crash. I explained above.Delete intro song then no crash freeshop....
I'll have to look into how to do this, but it shouldn't be too difficult. Also, I'll update the OP in just a few. Is the naming scheme for the intro and loop still the same?Could maybe share a guide for making BCSTM files.
No. If you use OGG or AAC, it just loops whole track, there is no separate file for intro to be used. BCSTM has built-in loop point to allow for intro so that's recommended if needed. Is the naming scheme for the intro and loop still the same?
Does the track have to be named something specific? I'll also have to see if I can compile Looping Audio Converter for OS X. If not I'll just work from Bootcamp.No. If you use OGG or AAC, it just loops whole track, there is no separate file for intro to be used. No, just place files in the /music/ subdir. Any filename should work, even Japanese or somethingDoes the track have to be named something specific? I'll also have to see if I can compile Looping Audio Converter for OS X. If not I'll just work from Bootcamp.
Updated. Also, I'm going to update the OP shortly. I've been rather busy today, so sorry for the delay. I've been tinkering around with BCTSM tools but haven't quite figured how to produce sounds I'm content with. The two preview links are expired. Can you reupload them?
You now only use one song instead of a separate intro and loop track. I need to recreate the tracks in the OP, but I'm leaving them up in case somebody can get to them before I do.
I already know that... with BrawlBox you can set loops and everything...You now only use one song instead of a separate intro and loop track. I need to recreate the tracks in the OP, but I'm leaving them up in case somebody can get to them before I do.
I don't know much about Brawlbox, but make sure it's encoding is DSP ADPCM if that's an option.I already know that... with BrawlBox you can set loops and everything...
The problem is that niether my file or the file I downloaded from http://smashcustommusic.com/ worked... so I don't know what to do know.
Also... I created mine with Audacity and BrawlBox. In Audacity I combined the intro and loop tracks and exported to .wav, then in BrawlBox I only have to edit edit the loop and export to .bctsm.
