I wanted to ask what is the easiest way of setting up CBHC on my wiiu which already has haxchi installed. Since I want the console to automatically boot into CFW , since its annoying to boot the console launch haxchi and boot mocha cfw. Is there a shorter method of doing it if i already have haxchi setup? My console is also on 5.5.1

Any help is much appreciated.

Step 1: Run the CBHC installer from the Homebrew Launcher
Step 2: Do stuff within the installer

Thanks, so I did that, it works . It now autoboots into mochacfw. But im having this strange bug. WHen i play a game and exit, it should return to the wii u menu but the Wii U Menu logo is show in the middle of the screen the music is playing but it never returns to the menu and is stuck I Have to force shutdown the system , and it boots up normally again. Does anyone know the solution to this?

try not autobooting to mocha. If you boot to sys menu through cbhc you should still get sig patches. Really no reason to always boot to mocha

Thanks i think that did the trick , as far as testing it doesnt hang for now. Anyone had any experience with the Mocha cfw fat32 ? As i have read it allows for wii u and wii games to be on the same hdd. Though I think then i would need to set the autoboot to mocha, and also the fat32 mod seems to suggest i would need to reinstall all of the wii u games present on the hdd currently

no need for mocha32 for wii+wii u games on same drive. wiivc injection now exist.
mocha32 mod is useful for installing games to WII U NAND from a fat32 usb drive, if your sd is only like 4gb and can't contain large games.

That's for loadiine only. Fat32 doesn't work for WUP Installer method

Yes, please don't use Haxchi to boot into Mocha. That is like using a CFW to boot into another CFW. besides, there really isn't any need for Mocha, other then a very few homebrew apps that only work with Mocha.

But if you are going to use Mocha and CBHC/Haxchi, then you shouldn't install CBHC. Because if you do install CBHC and launch Mocha while still inside Haxchi, that is like running 2 CFW on top of each other.

Thanks guys for the replies, it really helped. I have found this link gbatemp.net/threads/release-wiivc-injector-script-gc-wii-homebrew-support.483577/ about the WiiVC injections . I guess its a good start to read up on to making games work on the same drive
