Sending part of a screen over a projector

Imma try to keep this as simple as possible....Cause in my head it seems very complex.

Basically I need to project a portion of my computer screen A over a projector. Reason being is because the portion will be the screen of another computer (Computer B) and I will be controlling things live through Computer A and as expected I don't want the audience seeing the "behind the scenes" work.

Your probably why I have this complicated set up....It's because Computer B will be a good few feet away from me and the webcam will be used, but I still need to control it so I need a way to do so without being in front of the webcam.

I probably just lost most of you....I'll try to explain better if I need to.

Instead of cloning both images from monitor A and B, would it be possible to extend the image and you can just drag&drop things you want them to see onto monitor B and work everything like you would be doing on A "Behind the scenes"

I suppose that could work....I just need a way for the webcam from computer B to be in use on stage while I control any special effects on computer A (which I guess would also be stream video from Computer B)
